"jasmine breaks' demo is quite simply one of the best cd's that has come into our office for a long time. deeply dancey, the three tracks, whilst not being wholly original, display a feel for re-mixing and toying with beats that make it york's loss that jasmine is not performing live.

"the first self-penned track splices together samples and frantic breakbeats in a chemical brother's alike funky few minutes. in fact the whole cd leans towards big beat, especially true of jasmine's remix of lil' kims 'crush on you' - she has fatboy'd it up as well as adding some dodgy bubbling sounds courtesy of canada's finest skywok.

"final track has to be my favourite, it's a version of 'perhaps, perhaps, perhaps'. i don't know where she's taken the vocal performance from but her fresh manipulation of this old song brings it right forward into club classic territory."
